Role Overview – Customer Support Specialist (Chat & Call)

The Customer Support Specialist is the frontline ambassador for arenaflex. You will manage inbound and outbound communications across phone, email, and live‑chat platforms, ensuring seamless order processing, timely issue resolution, and exceptional service delivery. This role sits at the intersection of sales, logistics, and technical support, requiring a blend of strong communication skills, meticulous organization, and a passion for helping customers create their dream spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate arenaflex’s proprietary order‑entry system to accurately capture, process, and track customer orders from inception to fulfillment.
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and live‑chat inquiries, providing product knowledge, pricing details, and order status updates with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate closely with sales representatives, sales management, and interior design consultants to align customer expectations with available inventory and design solutions.
  • Coordinate with technical support and collection teams to expedite order shipments, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with export documentation requirements.
  • Maintain meticulous records of purchase orders, inventory restocks, and contract amendments, guaranteeing data integrity and audit readiness.
