About the Role

This is a weekend-shift, remote position scheduled on a 4/10s structure (four ten-hour shifts) from Friday through Monday. It’s ideal for professionals who prefer non-traditional schedules, value work-life balance, and want to maximize their weekday flexibility. As a Sales Chat Agent at arenaflex, you’ll engage with customers through online chat platforms and outbound phone calls, helping them navigate their shopping journey, answering product and brand questions, conducting warranty outreach, and identifying opportunities to upsell or add complementary products to their orders.

You’ll be working in a high-volume, fast-paced digital environment where every conversation matters. Whether you’re assisting a first-time buyer or supporting a loyal repeat customer, your goal is to deliver an experience that is friendly, efficient, informative, and conversion-focused. The role requires confidence in written and verbal communication, strong problem-solving instincts, and a self-motivated attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Live Chat Customer Support: Respond to inbound customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products, brands, warranties, shipping, returns, and promotions.
  • Outbound Sales & Warranty Outreach: Proactively call existing customers to discuss warranty options, product upgrades, and service plans while maintaining a consultative and helpful tone.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to recommend add-ons, complementary products, or upgraded versions that genuinely enhance the customer’s purchase.
  • Product & Brand Education: Develop a deep understanding of the products, services, and brand standards you represent so you can confidently answer questions and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns with empathy and resourcefulness, finding solutions that leave customers feeling heard, valued, and satisfied.
  • CRM Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions, notes, and outcomes in arenaflex’s CRM and internal systems to ensure continuity and quality of service.
  • Performance Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to chat response time, sales conversion, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance scores.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with fellow agents, team leads, and managers to share insights, refine processes, and contribute to a positive remote team culture.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date on product launches, brand updates, promotional campaigns, and industry best practices through ongoing training and self-development.

Essential Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a chat-based, e-commerce, or retail support environment.
  • Prior experience working remotely, with demonstrated ability to stay productive, connected, and self-directed in a virtual work setting.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to type quickly, accurately, and professionally while maintaining a warm, conversational tone.
  • Strong verbal communication skills for outbound calls and warranty outreach activities.
  • Sales or retail experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue or conversion goals.
  • High level of professionalism and the ability to represent arenaflex and our partner brands with integrity and polish.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask across multiple chat windows, systems, and customer scenarios.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace suitable for handling customer calls and chats.
