Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented individual to join our remote workforce as a Part‑Time Data Entry Specialist for the arenaflex Marketplace. Key Responsibilities

  • Product Data Entry & Management
    • Accurately input product titles, descriptions, specifications, and pricing into the arenaxflex platform.
    • Maintain consistency in formatting, terminology, and brand guidelines across thousands of listings.
    • Update product attributes (size, color, weight, etc.) as new information becomes available.
  • Inventory Monitoring & Control
    • Track real‑time inventory levels for each SKU and flag potential stock‑out or overstock situations.
    • Collaborate with the inventory planning team to synchronize data feeds and ensure seamless replenishment cycles.
    • Generate daily inventory status reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance
    • Conduct routine audits of product listings to verify compliance with arenaflex’s content policies and marketplace regulations.
    • Identify and correct data discrepancies, duplicate entries, or missing information.
    • Document audit findings and recommend process improvements.
  • Cross‑Functional Communication
