Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, detail‑oriented individuals to fill the role of Remote Data Entry & Call Center Representative. In this position, you will be the front‑line liaison between patients, pharmacists, and prescribers, handling high‑volume inquiries, processing medication orders, and ensuring accurate patient enrollment—all from the comfort of your home office. Key Responsibilities

  • Enter patient and prescription information into arenaflex’s secure electronic health‑record system, adhering to HIPAA regulations and internal data‑entry standards.
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chat messages from patients, prescribers, and insurance guarantors, providing courteous and accurate assistance.
  • Process refill requests, medication “top‑off” orders, and resolve prescription‑related issues by coordinating with pharmacy technicians and pharmacists.
  • Investigate and resolve missing or incomplete data, deciphering pharmacy abbreviations (SIG codes) and ensuring all records are complete before submission.
  • Handle “outside oddball” cases—unusual or complex scenarios that require additional data collection, verification, and escalation to senior staff.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions, updates, and resolutions in the arenaflex system for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Provide timely support to pharmacy staff across multiple locations, escalating critical issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Achieve and maintain a dynamic specialist certification within the first 90 days and retain an active certification throughout employment.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Basic computer proficiency: ability to start/shut down a PC, use a mouse, open/close applications, save and print documents, and navigate the internet.
  • Fundamental web‑search skills: entering URLs, bookmarking pages, using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing online forms.
  • Intermediate typing speed of at least 25 WPM with reasonable accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least one year of pharmacy‑related experience in a retail or call‑center environment.
  • Experience with state‑licensed pharmacy technician certification or a comparable credential.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high‑quality customer service to both inbound and outbound callers, meeting service‑level agreements and satisfaction metrics.
