Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry & Quality Assurance: Execute precise data‑entry processes for customer research initiatives, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
  • Methodology Development: Design, document, and continuously improve methodologies, prioritization frameworks, and workflows for the Customer Insights Center.
  • Tool Architecture & Scaling: Build and scale tools that meet security and privacy requirements, enabling internal teams to safely analyze customer data.
  • KPI Management: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators that measure the success and internal adoption of the Customer Insights platform.
  • Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay current with emerging trends in customer behavior analytics, data security, and privacy regulations, identifying opportunities for product innovation.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Design, arenaflex Interface, Data Engineering, arenaflex+, and Marketing teams to deliver best‑in‑class customer research solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and privacy.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively recommend enhancements to processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms to drive efficiency and insight quality.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry, customer analytics, or product management within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong communication with distributed teams.
  • Solid understanding of data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices for secure data handling.
  • Proficiency with data‑analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau; familiarity with scripting languages (Python, R) is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts into clear business insights.
