Role Overview

As a member of the arenaflex Remote Operations Hub, you will work with proprietary online platforms to ingest, verify, and file a wide variety of legal documents, ranging from contracts and pleadings to court filings and regulatory submissions. You will partner closely with senior e‑Filing analysts, technology specialists, and client service managers to ensure every document is processed correctly, securely, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document Review & Filing: Examine incoming legal documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards before uploading them to arenaflex’s secure cloud repository.
  • System Management: Utilize arenaflex’s custom e‑Filing interface, email routing tools, and document‑tracking dashboards to maintain an organized workflow.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify discrepancies, missing information, or formatting errors; communicate promptly with internal teams or external partners to resolve them.
  • Collaboration: Participate in daily stand‑ups and weekly project meetings with the e‑Fulfilment and e‑Filing squads to align on priorities and share insights.

Essential Qualifications
