People & Culture Consultant, Remote About the role Blue Shed Group is inviting experienced People & Culture, HR, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, and leadership professionals to explore a remote independent consulting role within the personal and professional development sector. This role is designed for someone who has built strong experience inside organisations and is now looking for a more autonomous professional path. You may have worked as an HR leader, People & Culture Consultant, L&D Manager, OD Partner, Talent Leader, Leadership Development professional, or senior people-focused advisor. You will be working within an established global framework, supported by structured systems, digital tools, training, and a professional peer community. This is not a traditional salaried employment role. It is an independent consultant opportunity for someone seeking greater flexibility, ownership, and performance-linked growth. What you’ll do In this role, you will use your professional communication, people insight, and leadership experience to support structured client engagement and growth activity. Your responsibilities may include: 🔵 Professional outreach and engagement Build and manage professional conversations across digital platforms, identifying individuals who may be aligned with leadership development, personal growth, and career transition pathways. ◇ Consultative discovery conversations Lead structured introductory conversations to understand background, goals, motivation, and suitability before guiding appropriate next steps. 🔵 Leadership and development positioning Communicate the value of personal development, self-leadership, performance growth, and professional transformation in a clear and credible way. ◇ Client pathway support Support suitable individuals through an established information and decision process using provided systems, presentations, and follow-up frameworks. 🔵 Ongoing learning and collaboration Participate in regular training, leadership development, and peer learning sessions with a wider international professional community.
