Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies aligned with brand goals
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, video, stories, reels, etc.)
- Monitor, respond to, and grow community engagement across all channels
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal reach and impact
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to align messaging
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends
- Manage influencer partnerships and user-generated content campaigns
- Prepare monthly reports with insights, wins, and recommendations
Skills
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations
- Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
- Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.)
- Ability to adapt tone and messaging across different audiences and platforms
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail
- Experience with paid social campaigns and A/B testing
