[Remote] Human Resources Generalist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SBS Creatix is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support various HR functions in St. Louis, MO. This role involves managing employee relations, administering benefits, and ensuring compliance with employment laws while serving as a trusted resource for employees and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Support ADA accommodation requests and assist with leave administration
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems
• Coordinate onboarding activities and support training and development initiatives
• Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition processes
• Administer employee benefits programs and communicate benefit information
• Track and analyze HR metrics, including turnover and hiring trends
• Support performance management processes and employee evaluations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations

Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience
• Basic understanding of employment law and ADA accommodations
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
• High school diploma required
• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
• HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, GPHR) are a plus
• Experience with HR systems such as ServiceNow is preferred but not required
