[Remote] Project Manager (commercial door/hardware + Comsense exp. req.)

In this role, you will guide commercial projects after award, ensuring materials, timelines, and documentation are managed effectively while collaborating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial door, frame, and hardware projects once awarded
- Review scopes, plans, and hardware schedules to ensure accuracy before release
- Coordinate submittals, material ordering, lead times, and delivery sequencing
- Communicate with project engineers, superintendents, and vendors
- Partner with internal teams on purchasing, fabrication, and shipping
- Track scope changes, schedule shifts, and change order needs
- Resolve field issues tied to missing, incorrect, or delayed materials
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with customers and internal teams
- Manage multiple active projects across varying sizes and timelines
- Support project closeout coordination with internal departments
Skills
- 3+ years of commercial doors, frames and hardware experience required
- 3+ years of project management or coordination experience required
- Ability to read and interpret specs, hardware schedules, and construction documents
- Strong communication skills with contractors, vendors, and internal teams required
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously required
- Proficiency with Comsense ERP software required
