[Remote] Senior Trade Compliance Project Manager

The Senior Trade Compliance Project Manager will lead customer-facing and internal initiatives to ensure the successful deployment and improvement of KYG Trade™ solutions, leveraging project leadership and trade compliance expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for KYG Trade™ customers, from discovery and requirements definition through configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercare
- Own project plans, timelines, milestones, RAID logs, status reporting, and stakeholder communications across cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, AI, and trade leaders
- Translate customer business requirements into executable workstreams spanning trade compliance, system integration, data readiness, workflow design, and change management
- Manage integration-related activities involving SAP, Oracle ERP, PLM/PDM, broker portals, and related upstream/downstream systems
- Coordinate data mapping and validation for product master, shipment, classification, licensing, screening, origin, and duty-related use cases
- Partner with internal and customer subject matter experts to support deployment of import/export controls, tariff and origin determinations, restricted party screening, and audit-ready recordkeeping workflows
- Drive implementation governance by facilitating project meetings, documenting decisions and actions, escalating risks early, and maintaining alignment on scope, success criteria, and resourcing
- Support user acceptance testing, training, SOP development, and operational handoff to ensure stable post-go-live execution
- Contribute to repeatable implementation playbooks, templates, and delivery best practices that improve deployment quality, speed, and customer outcomes
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management, implementation delivery, or operations leadership within global trade, customs compliance, supply chain technology, or adjacent enterprise software environments
- Direct experience with SAP GTS and/or other GTM solutions, including deployment, process design, configuration support, integration coordination, or business process transformation
- Strong working knowledge of customs and trade compliance regulations and operational processes, including classification, origin/FTA, restricted party screening, valuation, broker management, post-entry controls, or government filing workflows
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise software or SaaS deployments involving multiple stakeholders, technical dependencies, data migration or mapping, and business process change
- Ability to communicate effectively with customer stakeholders across trade compliance, supply chain, IT, operations, and executive leadership
- Experience managing project artifacts and delivery processes including project plans, dependency tracking, status reporting, issue/risk management, and executive readouts
- Comfort operating in fast-paced environments where product, process, and customer requirements evolve over time
- PMP, customs broker license (LCB)/Certified Customs Specialist (CCS), Lean/Six Sigma, or related professional certifications
- Experience in high-growth SaaS, trade technology, consulting, systems integration, or customs brokerage environments
