[Remote] Business Development Manager TOLA - Corporate

They are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives in targeted vertical markets, focusing on developing and securing complex project-based opportunities with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development through strategic prospecting and account acquisition
  • Develop and manage project-based sales opportunities from initial engagement through handoff
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships across multiple customer stakeholders
  • Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes
  • Collaboration with Sales Managers, Technical Application Engineering, and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and CRM documentation
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer engagements
  • Provide technical guidance to customers and gather market feedback

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of outside business development or sales experience, in IT/AV, or a related industry
  • At least 3 years of experience with IT systems and networking
  • Proven success in consultative selling and new customer acquisition
  • Strong ability to identify, develop, and close growth opportunities
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and product demonstration skills
  • Solid technical knowledge, including system integration and networking environments
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer buying processes, and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and pipeline management
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and align solutions effectively
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to influence, engage, and inspire stakeholders
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development
  • Willingness to travel up to 4 days per week, including overnight travel
  • Valid driver's license and passport
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
