[Remote] Insurance Producer/Account Manager

They are seeking an Insurance Producer/Account Manager to engage with customers, discuss their insurance needs, and recommend appropriate products while meeting sales goals and maintaining customer records.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreach
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities
- Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategies
- Track activity and report progress toward established objectives
- Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures
Skills
- Must have an active insurance license for Property/Casualty and Life/Health
- At least some current State Farm experience
- Position open to U.S. Residents only
- Property & Casualty, Life and Health required
- Must be able to solve problems quickly and be good with basic computer functions
- Must have access to fast and reliable internet service
- Must be comfortable working in the Eastern Time Zone
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team friendly environment
- Must have the ability to carry out daily responsibilities without supervision
- Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
- State Farm agency experience is preferred
