The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, driving business development, and building client relationships while recruiting top-tier talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including business development, account management, and recruiting for senior-level positions
• Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent while expanding your client relationships
• Negotiate offers and employment terms with candidates, ensuring mutual satisfaction
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to identify staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
• Leverage ATS tools to track, manage, and report on candidate progress and recruitment efforts

Skills

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter, with expertise in business development, account management, and headhunting
• Strong ability to source and place senior-level talent and negotiate effectively with candidates and clients
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Please be prepared to talk about net new job orders, net new clients, and Business Development related KPIs you were held to at your current or past firms
• Experience in 360 recruitment with business development in the SMB space
• A strong network of existing industry relationships
