[Remote] Account Executive (TN, WV, KY, NC)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rentvine is the fastest-growing property management software company, providing a cloud-based platform for property managers. They are seeking a driven Account Executive to manage sales within a dedicated territory, focusing on driving new business and enhancing client operations through tailored software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth in your dedicated territory by managing the sales process through inbound and outbound lead generation as well as in-person events and local association chapter meetings
- Conduct tailored product demos and discovery calls to understand client needs and align our software as the solution
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities using a consultative sales approach from initial contact through contract close
- Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, BDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and KPIs
- Keep CRM (e.g. HubSpot) updated with accurate opportunity details and client interactions
- Stay up to date on product enhancements, industry trends, and competitor activity
Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in SaaS or software sales (B2B preferred)
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Experience managing a full sales cycle, from cold outreach to close
- Ability to quickly understand technical products and convey their value to a business audience
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales engagement platforms
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of common SaaS business models and metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, etc.)
- Located in TN, WV, KY, NC and willing to travel
- Property management knowledge is a nice to have but not necessary
- Position is Remote / Candidates local to the TN, WV, KY, NC territory preferred
- Deep knowledge of The Office and ability to quote relevant show lines a plus
