[Remote] Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Nucleus Global is a global leader in the medical communications space, part of the Inizio Medical group. They are seeking an experienced Account Manager to support one of their publications accounts, focusing on client partnership, project leadership, and high-quality delivery in a dynamic agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key client partner for global publication initiatives
- Lead the execution of manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and congress presentations from planning through submission
- Manage timelines, budgets, and workflows to ensure excellence in delivery
- Collaborate closely with scientific, editorial, and creative teams to produce accurate, compelling scientific communications
- Support development and implementation of strategic publication plans aligned to clinical milestones
- Ensure adherence to ICMJE, GPP, and journal/congress requirements
- Contribute to organic account growth and new business opportunities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required (life sciences preferred; advanced degree a plus)
- Experience in medical communications with a focus on publications
- Proven experience managing manuscripts and congress deliverables
- Strong project management and financial oversight skills
- Confident client communicator with exceptional attention to detail
- Familiarity with publication management systems (e.g., iEnvision) a plus
