[Remote] Electrical Design Engineer

QCS Staffing is a leading provider of advanced Cloud & AI infrastructure for global innovators, and they are seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join their remote team in the USA. The role involves planning and validating electrical systems, collaborating with business partners, and creating designs that meet quality benchmarks while incorporating new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Plan, validate and verify the roll out of reliant electrical systems
- Work with our internal and external business partners
- Create designs which meet and exceed quality benchmarks on time and within budget
- Seek new designs and amalgamate new technologies within the client’s AI Data Center planning and infrastructure
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in creating electrical design documentation for construction
- Extensive experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical design
- In-depth understanding of electrical equipment such as: power distribution, busway systems, electrical switchgear, UPS, and diesel generators
