[Remote] Junior Sales Associate
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Blue Tees Golf is a dynamic, fast-growing consumer electronics golf technology company that is revolutionizing the golfing experience. They are seeking a Junior Sales Associate who will be responsible for driving pipeline generation and contributing to revenue growth across assigned territories, working closely with a Sales Director to execute outbound sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily outbound sales outreach to existing and prospective wholesale accounts through calls, email, and structured follow-up cadences
- Identify customer needs, generate interest, and convert opportunities into pipeline and closed business
- Reactivate inactive or lapsed accounts to drive incremental revenue
- Partner directly with Sales Directors to support territory-specific sales strategies and initiatives
- Take ownership of assigned call lists, outreach plans, and follow-up execution to maximize territory coverage
- Build and manage targeted prospecting lists aligned with territory priorities
- Support order follow-up and basic account management to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including notes, activities, and deal progression
- Track outreach activity and performance to ensure consistent execution against targets
- Support pre-show and post-show outreach initiatives to maximize event ROI
- Assist in executing campaign-based outreach tied to product launches, promotions, and events
- Coordinate with Operations, Customer Support, and Sales Operations to ensure timely and accurate customer communication
- Surface customer feedback, needs, and opportunities to internal teams to improve sales effectiveness
Skills
- 1+ year of inside sales, B2B, retail, or customer-facing experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong time management and personal accountability
- Coachable mindset with the ability to take direction and feedback
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1 year inside sales or relevant experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience in consumer goods or wholesale sales
- Exposure to sales pipelines, outreach cadence, and follow-up strategies
- Interest in or knowledge of the golf industry
