[Remote] Product Manager – Data Integrations & Third-Party Data Sources

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Oracle Health is seeking a Product Manager to lead the onboarding, implementation, and support of third-party data source integrations. This role will manage delivery of data source projects, prioritize enhancements, resolve integration challenges, and ensure successful client outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the lifecycle of third-party data source onboarding and integration projects from intake through production deployment
  • Partner with clients, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and define implementation plans
  • Prioritize and manage a portfolio of data source initiatives, enhancements, and defect remediation efforts
  • Coordinate resolution of technical issues impacting client implementations and ongoing support activities
  • Analyze data discrepancies and collaborate with technical teams to determine appropriate solutions
  • Utilize data analysis and SQL-based investigations to validate data mappings, troubleshoot integration issues, and support implementation activities
  • Track project status, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines while ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Communicate project updates, technical issues, and resolution plans to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, operational efficiency, and customer experience
  • Support KPI achievement related to project delivery, resource allocation, onboarding timelines, and customer satisfaction

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience managing technical products, integrations, implementations, or client-facing technology projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with data integration concepts, APIs, interfaces, or ETL processes
  • Experience utilizing SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, or validation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A minimum of 2 years combined experience with project management, data analysis and direct business experience within a specialized function
  • Experience with healthcare data integration platforms and healthcare interoperability standards
  • Experience supporting third-party data source onboarding and implementation
  • Knowledge of Oracle Health/Cerner solutions
  • Experience working directly with clients and cross-functional technical teams
  • Familiarity with Agile product management methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with functional and technical teams
  • Experience with building and managing reporting tools to support Programs; such as scorecards and KPI metrics to further drive insights around our program strategy
  • Strong experience with Excel
  • Must be self-directed and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Must be comfortable working in ambiguous situations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
