Remote School Social Worker
Role Overview Whole Wellness Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote School Social Worker to join our team in Jamestown, North Dakota. This full-time position allows you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students by providing essential support and guidance in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to identify students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to individual student requirements.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create a supportive learning environment.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to students in need.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.
- Stay informed about best practices and new research in social work and education.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Active state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker.
- Experience in a school setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively.
