Must be available to attend our weekly Marketing Team meeting on Mondays from 10:00 am to 11:30 am EST (if a company holiday falls on the meeting day, it will be moved to Tuesday from 9:30 am to 11:00 am EST) and one monthly All Team Meeting that occurs on the second Wednesday of every month at 12 pm EST. Travel Requirements: This position may involve occasional travel, typically ranging from 0 to 7 days per year, primarily for participation in training events or conferences. Any required travel will be compensated at a predetermined daily rate. Exemption Status: Exempt Employment Type: Part-Time Employee General Summary The Part-Time Paid Ads Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our digital advertising efforts. Working alongside our Marketing Team, you'll flex your creative muscles as you strategize, launch, and fine-tune paid ad campaigns across dynamic platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads. Your knack for reaching the right audience, crafting captivating ad copy, and boosting ROI will be the secret sauce in hitting our advertising and campaign goals. With your sharp eye for data and proactive spirit, you'll keep a pulse on campaign performance, spot opportunities for growth, and roll out strategies that guarantee top-notch results. Responsibilities: ? Develop and execute paid advertising strategies tailored to the company?s objectives and target audience. ? Create and manage advertising campaigns primarily on Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads, with occasional Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok Ads. ? Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting and ad visuals to maximize campaign effectiveness. ? Work alongside graphic designers and copywriters to ensure that the ads align with the overall advertising strategy and campaign objectives. ? Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide weekly reports and insights. ? Optimize campaigns based on performance data, including adjusting bidding strategies, refining targeting parameters, and A/B testing ad creatives. ? Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure effective campaign management. ? ********
