Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Data Input & Maintenance

  • Enter high‑volume transactional data into arenaflex’s proprietary databases with speed and a target accuracy rate of 99.9%.
  • Update existing records to reflect changes in shipment status, customer details, and inventory levels.
  • Perform routine data cleansing activities, removing duplicates, correcting formatting errors, and standardizing entries.

Quality Assurance & Auditing

  • Conduct systematic data quality checks, including spot‑checks, automated validation runs, and manual audits.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies, documenting root causes and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to develop and refine data validation rules and exception handling procedures.

Documentation & File Management

  • Organize electronic and, when required, scanned paper documents in accordance with arenaflex’s records management policies.
  • Maintain a logical folder structure and ensure proper version control for all files.
  • Assist in the migration of legacy data to new platforms, ensuring data integrity throughout the transition.

Reporting & Analysis Support

  • Generate routine data extracts and summary reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Support the analytics team by preparing clean data sets for deeper trend analysis and forecasting.
  • Provide ad‑hoc data assistance for special projects, such as process improvement initiatives or compliance audits.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with remote teammates, participating in daily stand‑ups, weekly syncs, and virtual brainstorming sessions.
  • Communicate effectively via email, chat, and video conferencing to clarify data requirements and share status updates.
  • Contribute ideas for workflow automation, tool enhancements, and best‑practice sharing across the data entry community.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven data entry expertise: Minimum 2 years of experience in high‑accuracy data entry, preferably within logistics, e‑commerce, or related industries.
  • Typing proficiency: Ability to type at least 70 words per minute with a 99% accuracy rate.
  • Attention to detail: Demonstrated track record of spotting errors, inconsistencies, and anomalies in large data sets.
  • Technical competence: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with cloud‑based data platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams).
  • Self‑management: Experience working independently in a remote setting, with disciplined time‑management and minimal supervision.
  • Communication skills: Clear, concise written and verbal communication, capable of documenting processes and reporting findings.
