If you thrive on solving intricate data challenges and want to make a measurable impact at a company that truly values its data talent, arenaflex wants to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehend and translate complex information needs into actionable technical specifications and deliverable solutions.
  • Aggregate, cleanse, and analyze diverse data sets from multiple source systems to produce meaningful, business-driving insights.
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports, interactive dashboards, and analytical tools tailored to non-technical business users.
  • Architect and implement technical solutions that enhance data accessibility, data quality, and overall information utilization across the enterprise.
  • Develop, test, and execute reliable ETL/ELT code while ensuring data integrity throughout all loading and transformation processes.
  • Author and optimize complex SQL and NoSQL scripts while leveraging complementary technologies to deliver high-performing data pipelines.
  • Validate existing data routines, assess downstream impacts, and clearly communicate any modifications to relevant stakeholders.
  • Partner with Business Analysts, Business Intelligence Engineers, System Architects, and key business stakeholders to assess, design, and develop enterprise data models and ETL workflows.
  • Support the broader Engineering team with data analysis, validation efforts, and the execution of complex SQL queries.
  • Plan, coordinate, implement, monitor, and manage all components of the organization’s Data Integration Systems.
  • Provide expert guidance and hands-on support in Modeling Data Warehouse solutions deployed in cloud, hybrid, or on-premise environments.
  • Apply deep knowledge of Layered Modeling, Denormalized Data Structures, OLAP architectures, and Data Warehousing best practices to ongoing projects.
  • Define and champion Data Integration standards, governance, and best practices across the broader data management environment.

  • Solid understanding of data exchange formats (e.g., JSON, XML, CSV, Parquet) and their practical applications.
  • Demonstrated comprehension of database design principles, performance tuning, and execution optimization.
  • Proven ability to recognize, troubleshoot, and resolve complex data and system issues efficiently.
  • Strong grasp of data evolution concepts, including schema migration, versioning, and historical data retention.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into business-friendly language.
  • Capacity to manage multiple client support requests simultaneously while consistently meeting established service-level expectations.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to remain professional and solution-oriented when engaging with challenging or demanding stakeholders.
