[Remote] Sales Development Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Glide is a company that is reimagining the banking experience for the modern world through its embedded fintech platform. They are seeking a talented Sales Development Representative to help grow their product by building relationships with banking executives and generating interest in Glide's offerings.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with banking executives across the country, introducing Glide and generating interest
- Source new opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and event networking
- Qualify inbound leads to ensure a strong fit before passing them to the sales team
- Maintain a high volume of outreach and manage follow-ups with prospects
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and co-founder/CEO to refine Glide’s sales playbook
- Represent Glide at conferences, events, and competitions to increase brand visibility
Skills
- 1+ years of quota-driven SDR, BDR, or sales experience (or equivalent internship/early-career experience)
- Hands-on experience with modern prospecting and outreach tools
- Strong product curiosity and ability to quickly learn and articulate complex, technical products
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Previous experience selling a fintech or financial services product
- Previously built sales processes from the ground up at an early-stage startup
- An entrepreneurial, self-starter spirit
