Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TDS Telecom is a telecommunications company seeking a Specialist-Quality Assurance to manage cash management audits and ensure adherence to policies and procedures in their retail offices. The role involves auditing payments, managing tasks, providing coaching, and participating in projects that support organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Cash management audit of all payment processing batches within the TDS Retail Offices. This includes regular investigations and problem solving, which requires keeping up to date on all relevant systems, processes, policies and procedures related to assigned tasks
  • Manage and audit orders with assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to established processes to ensure both procedural and billing accuracy
  • Provide support for projects as assigned, including data cleanup, process testing, and other related activities to ensure accuracy and readiness
  • Provide support and coaching through the team mailbox, mentoring, and error coaching, while identifying and escalating process gaps and opportunities for improvement

Skills

  • 1+ years' customer service, banking, cash management, sales, collection, or telecommunications experience
  • 1+ years' of CRM experience
  • Proficiency in multi-tasking in multiple system applications
  • Must follow the TDS attendance guidelines to meet our customers' needs
  • Ability to travel to meet the needs of the business
  • Regular attendance and promptness for work are essential functions of this position. Absenteeism and tardiness significantly impact the ability for the Company and to meet continued customers' needs
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (i.e., verbal, written, listening)
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with peers
  • Time management skills
  • Proactive problem-solving skills (i.e. customer complaints, order issues)
  • Working knowledge of Contact Center Applications used in Sales and Service Order placement
