[Remote] Community Partnership Coordinator

They are seeking a Community Partnership Coordinator to expand outreach programs nationwide by establishing distribution partnerships with schools and community organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain partnerships with elementary schools, fire departments, police departments, libraries, and community organizations
  • Contact prospective partners through outbound phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings
  • Complete approximately 75–100 outbound calls per day to identify and secure new distribution opportunities
  • Schedule and conduct Zoom presentations and virtual meetings with school administrators, public safety officials, and community leaders
  • Present community programs and explain the benefits of participating as a distribution partner
  • Establish signed distribution agreements with partner organizations
  • Coordinate publication distribution efforts for Ambassador Company and Good Will Publishers
  • Develop long-term relationships with community leaders and partner organizations
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and partnership development
  • Identify new opportunities to expand our programs into additional communities nationwide
  • Serve as a professional ambassador for the company and its mission

Skills
