Sales Development Representative - French Speaking (Belgium Market - Inbound/Outbound)
Deliveroo is an ambitious and growing international business, and they are seeking a Sales Development Representative to support the Belgium Market. In this role, you will engage with decision-makers in the restaurant industry, helping them join the Deliveroo platform and develop their business through outbound and inbound sales efforts.
Responsibilities
- Both engage outbound leads and handle inbound inquiries to convert prospects into loyal/ performing Deliveroo partners
- Acquire new business primarily by phone and email, spending several hours each day connecting with prospects
- Build strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers, understanding their needs, and advising them on how Deliveroo can help their business grow
- Develop food business model knowledge, becoming an expert in the sector and using this to guide your conversations with potential partners
- Manage your sales pipeline, stay organised, and build daily action plans to meet monthly targets
- Collaborate closely with ‘Activation Teams’ to ensure smooth onboarding for new partners, from contracts to photoshoots to tablet setups
- Take care of administrative tasks, including handling contracts and customer documentation with precision and attention to detail
Skills
- Fluency in French & English
- Commitment to succeed in a sales environment with a high earning potential
