[Remote] Sales Development Representative (Ohio)

As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify potential customers, initiate conversations, and generate qualified meetings for the sales team, providing a launchpad into professional B2B sales.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outbound calls and outreach to prospective customers
- Execute structured email and multi-touch prospecting campaigns
- Research target accounts and build prospect lists
- Engage decision-makers across relevant business functions
- Understand customer challenges and operational needs
- Qualify prospects against Newo.ai's target customer profile
- Convert outreach into scheduled discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Support pipeline development and opportunity tracking
- Track outreach activity and engagement within CRM
- Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups, and next steps
- Consistently achieve weekly activity and meeting targets
- Work closely with leadership on messaging and targeting
- Provide real-time feedback from customer conversations
- Continuously improve outreach approach and scripts
Skills
- 0–2 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience
- Must be located in Ohio
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable initiating conversations and handling rejection
- Competitive, driven, and goal-oriented
- Coachable with a growth mindset
- Organized with strong execution discipline
- Experience using CRM or sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
