Product Coordinator, Youthsports, Games and Toys
Franklin Sports, Inc. is dedicated to making sports accessible and enjoyable for athletes of all ages. The Product Coordinator, Youthsports, Games and Toys will support product development and administration within a fast-paced department, assisting the Product Manager and collaborating with various teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Assist and support the Product Manager in a variety of administrative functions
- Support all aspects of product line development, including data creation, vendor communication, sample management, documentation, and database maintenance
- Learn and manage internal systems (Art Tracker, Smart Track, PIM, Salsify) to ensure accuracy in reporting and data entry
- Support sales presentations by coordinating product and packaging samples and assisting with presentation materials
- Maintain, organize and properly store sample inventory within the warehouse
- Participate in and support ongoing product development processes, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Assist with writing product descriptions and marketing copy
- Coordinate across sales, forecasting, planning, and overseas vendors to ensure programs are executed accurately and on time
- Other tasks as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required, ideally with focus in marketing, product development, project management or other related discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in product management
- Computer user skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Monday.com) with the ability to learn new systems
- Good interpersonal skills
- High degree of customer orientation
- Ability to follow up in a timely manner documentation
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Prior experience in a support role within consumer products, preferably in the sporting goods industry
