Personal Lines Account & Sales Manager

Fisher Insurance Agency, Inc. is a family-owned and operated insurance agency that offers competitive commission structures and a supportive work environment. They are seeking a Licensed Personal Lines Account & Sales Manager to sell and service personal insurance policies, build client relationships, and generate new business. The role can be performed remotely or in-office, catering to various types of candidates including newly licensed producers and recent graduates.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and Service Personal Auto, Home, Recreational, etc policies for the Agency
  • Renewals
  • Meet or exceed established new business production goals
  • Identify and contact new clients through various prospecting methods, which include (but not limited to) Agency provided leads, target lists and rounding out Agency current book of business
  • Meet with, present, and counsel commercial and/or personal insureds concerning insurance protection and coverage
  • Manage sales process from quoting to closing
  • Solicit referrals on your own by 'pounding the pavement' and from existing clients, internet and new business calls received
  • Utilize agency management system and other agency applications
  • Stay up to date on insurance products and industry trends
  • Maintain an active Property & Casualty license through continuing education

Skills

  • P&C License Required
  • Prior insurance experience a plus, but not required
  • 1+ years of prior sales experience preferred, but not required
