This is a remote position. Digital Business Manager – SaaS & Digital Innovation We are looking for a commercially driven Digital Business Manager with proven experience in SaaS, AI-powered solutions, digital innovation, or technology consulting. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully acquired and managed clients, understands how technology can solve business challenges, and can confidently engage business leaders to drive digital transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and positioning our digital workforce and AI-enabled solutions to organisations across Southeast Asia. In addition, you will support learners by sharing practical industry insights and helping bridge the gap between education and real-world business applications.

What You Will Do

Business Development & Client Acquisition Generate, qualify, and close new business opportunities across SMEs, enterprises, educational institutions, and government organisations. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and strategic partnerships. Conduct consultative sales engagements with business owners, executives, and key stakeholders. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and contract closure. SaaS & Digital Innovation Advisory Understand client business challenges and identify opportunities for digital transformation. Position SaaS, AI, CRM, automation, and workforce solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. Advise clients on technology adoption, operational efficiency, customer engagement, and workforce capability development. Stay current with emerging trends in AI, automation, SaaS, and digital innovation. Ecosystem Development & Industry Engagement Build relationships with industry partners, enterprises, higher education institutions, and government stakeholders. Support industry collaboration initiatives that strengthen workforce and digital transformation outcomes. Share industry best practices and practical business applications with learners and partners. Contribute to the growth of a vibrant ecosystem focused on digital innovation and future workforce development.

Requirements

Who We Are Looking For 3–7 years of experience in SaaS sales, technology consulting, digital transformation, business development, innovation management, or enterprise solutions. Proven track record of acquiring, managing, and growing client accounts. Experience selling or implementing SaaS platforms, AI solutions, CRM systems, enterprise software, automation tools, or digital transformation services. Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills. Ability to communicate complex technology solutions in a simple and business-focused manner. Commercially minded, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented. Passionate about AI, technology, innovation, and workforce transformation. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. What Success Looks Like Consistently generates new business opportunities and achieves revenue targets. Builds trusted relationships with clients and strategic partners. Successfully positions SaaS, AI, and digital innovation solutions that create measurable impact.
