We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure smooth financial operations working with our US-based healthcare client. Your responsibilities will include: Review vendor invoices for accuracy and process payments promptly Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers, ensuring all entries are correct Follow up on missing invoices and ensure timely payment processing Provide key financial data for monthly P&L and accounts payable reports Manage petty cash transactions and verify vendor documentation Maintain and update vendor information in our accounting database To succeed in this role you will need: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable. Strong understanding of AP procedures and accounting Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Tech-savvy with a good understanding of accounting software and other tech tools Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well in a team Great English verbal and written communication Critical thinking and customer service skills Service Fee: Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.
