Tasks π° Salary: $50,000 β $75,000/year + Equity π Location: Remote (Best suited for candidates in LATAM, North America, or Europe with overlap to GMT-3 working hours) About the Opportunity We are partnering with a fast-growing Web3 startup building innovative infrastructure for digital payments and decentralized finance. The team is globally distributed across multiple continents and is looking for a highly entrepreneurial Growth Lead to own community growth, user acquisition, activation, and retention across LATAM and global nomad communities. This is not a traditional marketing role. You'll be expected to build growth systems from scratch, experiment relentlessly, and drive measurable user adoption.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute growth strategies to scale user acquisition and activation. Build and nurture communities across LATAM and digital nomad ecosystems. Design and run growth experiments across referral programs, social channels, partnerships, and viral loops. Analyze funnel performance and optimize conversion rates. Collaborate closely with founders to identify and execute high-impact growth opportunities. Recruit and manage ambassadors, affiliates, and community contributors. Create scalable systems for retention and community engagement.
Requirements
What We're Looking For Required Proven experience in consumer growth, user acquisition, retention, or community growth. Track record of growing products from early-stage adoption to meaningful user traction. Strong understanding of growth funnels, experimentation, and data-driven decision making. Experience managing community-led growth initiatives. Native or fluent Spanish or Portuguese. Comfortable working remotely across international teams. Hands-on mindset with a willingness to execute rather than delegate. Preferred Experience in Web3, Crypto, FinTech, payments, or creator ecosystems. Experience with referral programs, ambassador programs, and viral growth mechanics. Familiarity with digital nomad communities and LATAM markets. Strong social media and community-building capabilities.
