  • Design eye-catching graphics and videos utilizing Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator to enhance content appeal.
  • Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity; analyze insights to refine strategies.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads to maximize reach and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve visibility in search results.
  • Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to foster strong community relationships.
  • Collaborate with public relations teams to coordinate campaigns that support branding initiatives and enhance public perception.
  • Track web analytics using Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign performance; prepare reports for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee social media management tasks including scheduling posts, proofreading content for accuracy, and maintaining brand consistency.
  • Support e-commerce initiatives by integrating social media efforts with online sales channels when applicable.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing.

Skills

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation across diverse platforms.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and industry trends effectively.
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written communication skills with keen proofreading abilities to ensure error-free content.
  • Ability to craft compelling visual stories through photography or video editing using tools like Adobe Premiere or other video editing software.
