Position Overview

As a Remote Member/Customer Services Advocate at arenaflex, you will be the frontline ambassador for our members, delivering fast, accurate, and empathetic assistance in a high‑volume inbound contact center. Your role is pivotal in building trust, resolving inquiries, and ensuring each member feels valued and supported throughout their insurance journey.

Core Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from arenaflex members, providing clear, courteous, and solution‑focused assistance.
  • Build sustainable relationships by actively listening, asking insightful questions, and delivering personalized service.
  • Utilize problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills to research policy details, claim status, and coverage options.
  • Document every interaction accurately in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with privacy and data‑security standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including underwriting, claims, and billing—to resolve complex member issues promptly.
  • Maintain confidentiality of policyholder information and adhere to all regulatory and internal compliance guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and share feedback with leadership to enhance the member experience.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average handle time, first‑call resolution, and member satisfaction scores.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer‑service or call‑center environment where member satisfaction is a top priority.
  • Demonstrated basic mathematical aptitude (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Technical proficiency with multiple computer applications, telephony systems, and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) and the ability to support a VPN connection.
