The Energy Services Data Entry Clerk is a cornerstone of arenaflex’s Energy Services Programs. Accurate, timely, and confidential data management enables our program staff to deliver critical services—such as energy assistance, conservation education, and financial relief—to low‑income households. Key Responsibilities

  • Client Record Management: Input, update, and verify client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, ensuring that every entry reflects the most current production pipeline.
  • Digital Communication Tracking: Monitor incoming emails, log documents, and capture communications within the arenaflex platform (formerly Monday.com) as soon as they are received.
  • Database Compliance: Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex, and arenaflex, maintaining strict data integrity.
  • File Organization: Keep both digital and paper participant files meticulously organized, adhering to program standards and funder regulations.

  • Clerical Assistance: Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing, preparing mailings, providing phone coverage, and supporting office operations as needed.
