Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative role is a full‑time, remote‑friendly position based within 75 miles of Las Vegas, NV. You will be the first point of contact for members who need assistance with their pharmacy benefit plans, prescription coverage, and mail‑order services. By delivering heart‑driven service, you will simplify complex health‑care information, guide members toward the best solutions, and contribute to arenaflex’s mission of making health care more personal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from members, providing clear, accurate information about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail‑order options.
  • Identify members’ needs, troubleshoot issues, and recommend appropriate solutions that align with their benefit plans.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all relevant governmental regulations while handling sensitive health information.
  • Document interactions in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely follow‑up.
  • Participate in an 8‑week on‑site training program that blends hands‑on learning, self‑paced modules, and leadership coaching.
  • Adhere to schedule flexibility requirements, including rotating start times between 6 am and 7 pm local time, to support business needs.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including pharmacy operations, claims, and member services—to resolve escalated issues.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer‑facing role (call center, retail, hospitality, military, or similar environment).
  • Proficiency with Windows‑based applications and basic computer navigation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree or related experience is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain a reliable, high‑speed internet connection and a distraction‑free workspace for remote work.
  • Strong oral communication skills, courteous telephone etiquette, and professional demeanor.
