Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Management

• Accurately input a wide variety of data into arenaflex’s proprietary systems, maintaining a focus on precision and speed.
• Organize, catalog, and maintain data files and documentation in a systematic, searchable manner.
• Perform routine data audits to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or duplicate records.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to verify data completeness and integrity before downstream processing.

ETL/ELT Pipeline Design & Execution

• Plan, design, and implement end‑to‑end ETL/ELT pipelines that extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into arenaflex’s data warehouse.
• Develop data mapping specifications, table designs, and perspective models that align with business requirements.
• Leverage Wind current (arenaflex’s internal workflow engine) to automate data processing tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor pipeline performance, troubleshoot failures, and optimize processes for scalability and reliability.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

• Conduct thorough quality checks on incoming data sets, applying validation rules and business logic to ensure accuracy.
• Document data quality issues, propose corrective actions, and track resolution progress.

Collaboration & Communication
