Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience Excellence

  • Engage with customers in a warm, professional manner, greeting them with enthusiasm and offering assistance with products and services
  • Resolve customer issues, answer inquiries, and provide information to ensure a consistently positive customer experience
  • Model and demonstrate customer service best practices to all colleagues, maintaining clear standards for interpersonal communication (including greeting with eye contact, using appropriate language, and demonstrating genuine courtesy)
  • Embody arenaflex's service values by proactively offering assistance, identifying customer needs, and following up until satisfaction is achieved
  • Provide customers with respectful, friendly, efficient, and productive assistance in every interaction
  • Recommend products to customers and suggest potential upgrades or complementary items that meet their needs

Transaction Processing

  • Register customer purchases on assigned sales systems, accurately collecting payments and providing change as requested
  • Process voids, returns, delays, refunds, and exchanges according to established procedures
  • Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure all financial processes comply with arenaflex policies

Operational Support

  • Ensure counters and work areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation using the first-in, first-out method
  • Check in and price stock as required or as directed by supervisors
  • Implement organization asset protection procedures to identify and minimize loss
  • Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled products
  • Develop and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special designs
  • Complete resets and updates as directed
  • Assist with separation of food items and proper product positioning according to established guidelines
  • Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital ID photo services and special product offerings
  • Handle online order fulfillment through monitoring and processing requests
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, orderly store environment both internally and externally
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures while maintaining respectful relationships with colleagues
  • Complete special assignments and other tasks as directed

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English (with exception for Puerto Rico positions)
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new systems and technologies
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
  • Quiet, professional home office environment free from distractions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in a retail or customer service environment
  • Previous experience with arenaflex or similar healthcare retail companies
  • Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems and customer relationship management software
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of healthcare products, pharmacy services, or retail operations
  • Bilingual capabilities (especially Spanish for certain regions)
  • Experience with inventory management systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues related to remote work equipment
