Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service and education to members, providers, and customers via phone, email, chat, and web portals.
  • Accurately research, analyze, and resolve a wide range of inquiries, from basic plan questions to more complex benefit issues.
  • Document every interaction in arenaflex’s CRM system with clear, concise notes that are easily searchable for future reference.
  • Navigate multiple internal systems and databases to retrieve plan details, verify coverage, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of insurance terminology, arenaflex product offerings, and industry regulations.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior specialists while ensuring a smooth handoff and continued customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, role‑plays, and performance coaching to continuously improve skill sets.
  • Contribute to team goals by meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average handle time, first‑call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications in customer service, health care, or related fields are a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer‑service or contact‑center environment, preferably within the health‑care or insurance industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and empathetically, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency with multiple computer applications, including CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and web‑based tools.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection (hard‑wired preferred) and a dedicated, distraction‑free workspace.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt quickly to new processes.
  • Eligibility to work remotely in qualifying U.S. states (see eligibility list for excluded states).
