Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Manage inbound and outbound communications across phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms. Deliver accurate, timely information and troubleshoot issues with a focus on first‑contact resolution.

  • Technical Assistance: Offer step‑by‑step technical support for digital tools, online ordering systems, and product installations, escalating advanced issues to specialized teams when necessary.
  • Order Management: Assist customers with order placement, modifications, returns, exchanges, and shipment tracking, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded in our CRM.
  • Feedback Collection & Analysis: Capture customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct conversations. Identify trends, report insights to product and marketing teams, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Data Maintenance: Keep meticulous records of all interactions, resolutions, and follow‑up actions within arenaflex’s customer service platform.
  • Upselling & Cross‑Selling: Recognize opportunities to recommend complementary products or services, contributing to revenue growth while enhancing the customer’s overall experience.
  • Customer Retention: Implement proactive outreach, loyalty incentives, and personalized solutions to retain existing customers and reduce churn.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, product development, and logistics teams to relay customer insights, resolve systemic issues, and ensure a seamless omnichannel experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Proven ability to convey information clearly and courteously in both written and verbal formats.
  • Empathy & Patience: Demonstrated capacity to understand customer emotions, stay calm under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Problem‑Solving Acumen: Strong analytical thinking to identify root causes and devise effective, lasting solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Prior experience in retail or consumer‑goods environments with a quick learning curve for new product lines.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in a high‑volume customer service or call‑center environment.
  • Experience with e‑commerce platforms, order management systems, or inventory tracking tools.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) such as First Contact Resolution (FCR), Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Certification in customer service excellence (e.g., HDI, ITIL) or relevant industry training.
