Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Director, Global Head of Adversarial Abuse & Analytics to lead a high‑impact, fully remote team responsible for detecting, mitigating, and preventing malicious behavior across the arenaflex platform. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a multi‑year roadmap for adversarial abuse detection, integrating product, engineering, and policy initiatives.
• Team Management: Build, mentor, and scale two core sub‑teams – the Adversarial Abuse Operations team and the Business Analytics team – fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
• Risk Identification: Anticipate emerging threats (e.g., AI‑generated spam, coordinated account takeovers) and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Policy, Global Operations, and Strategy teams to embed safety signals into product design and rollout processes.

Essential Qualifications
