Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Content & Customer Experience Specialist to join our Remote Sales Enablement team. This entry‑level, work‑from‑home role is a unique opportunity to influence how arenaflex’s sales and partner ecosystems deliver products and services to customers worldwide. You will act as the bridge between content creation, user experience design, and sales enablement, ensuring that every piece of communication supports a consistent, compelling, and data‑driven customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Product Management, Marketing, and Global Channel Operations—to define and execute content strategies that accelerate sales cycles.
  • Map the end‑to‑end customer journey, identifying critical touchpoints where content can improve conversion, adoption, and satisfaction.
  • Develop, curate, and maintain a centralized content library, ensuring all assets adhere to brand guidelines, are up‑to‑date, and are easily searchable.
  • Create and enforce a comprehensive style guide that standardizes tone, voice, and visual elements across all sales‑enablement materials.
  • Leverage analytics and customer experience metrics to translate raw data into actionable content recommendations, driving continuous improvement.
  • Participate in rapid prototyping sessions, testing new content formats, messaging frameworks, and interactive experiences with internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with IT and Product teams to design and implement technical solutions—such as content management systems and personalization engines—that streamline delivery at scale.
  • Support the rollout of new product launches by crafting launch‑specific collateral, training modules, and FAQ resources for sales teams and partners.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer insights, helping shape future product enhancements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year working with content development teams and regional partners, preferably in a technology or consumer‑electronics environment.
  • Customer‑Centric Mindset: Demonstrated ability to interpret customer experience data and translate it into effective content strategies.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with content management platforms and experience with tools such as arenaflex Experience Manager (or comparable systems) for front‑ and back‑end integration.
