Position Overview
The External Support Engineer is the frontline champion for external content creation teams that use the proprietary toolset built by arenaflex’s internal development engineers. You will act as the vital conduit between creative partners and the tools engineering team, ensuring seamless workflows, rapid issue resolution, and continuous improvement of our content production pipelines. Key Responsibilities
