Customer Interaction & Support

  • Manage digital communications—including live chat, SMS, and email—delivering timely, accurate, and courteous responses.
  • Navigate complex reservation scenarios, providing clear guidance and solutions while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.

Reservation Management & Sales

  • Utilize the arenaflex reservation tools to create, modify, and cancel bookings in accordance with company policies.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell ancillary services such as seat upgrades, baggage options, and travel insurance, contributing to revenue goals.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the arenaflex data management system to ensure seamless follow‑up and reporting.

Performance & Quality Assurance

  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the CSC, including average handle time, first‑call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Participate in regular coaching sessions, quality audits, and continuous‑improvement initiatives to refine service delivery.

Flexibility & Collaboration

Essential Qualifications – What We Require

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of one (1) year in a customer service or sales role, preferably within a call‑center or travel environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using the arenaflex reservation tools, arenaflex support platform, and arenaflex data management system.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written abilities, with strong grammar and a friendly telephone presence.
  • Reliability: Ability to maintain a quiet, distraction‑free home office and pass a ten‑year background check.
  • Connectivity: High‑speed internet connection that meets remote work standards.
  • Legal Eligibility: Authorized to work in the country where the position is based.
