Position Overview

The Remote Data Entry Specialist role is a pivotal part of arenaflex’s Clinical Operations team. You will be responsible for entering, validating, and maintaining critical data that fuels our PA and clinical adjudication workflows. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update large volumes of data related to prior‑authorization (PA) requests, clinical adjudication tasks, and member health records using arenaflex’s proprietary platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Clinical Review, Compliance, and IT—to identify root causes of data overrides and recommend corrective actions.
• Support the development and maintenance of the arenaflex carrier catalog, ensuring all product and service information is current and compliant.
• Implement progressive enhancements across the CAPAS (Clinical Authorization Processing and Support) workflow to improve efficiency and data integrity.
• Assist in the rollout of new PA documentation processes during member data migration initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
• Produce timely deliverables for branch projects, adhering to established deadlines and quality standards.

Essential Qualifications
