Role Overview

The Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex is the guardian of our core data assets. Working remotely, you will partner with internal teams, external clients, and cross‑functional stakeholders to collect, verify, and input critical information into our enterprise‑wide databases. Your role is pivotal in guaranteeing that the data ecosystem remains current, error‑free, and readily accessible for analytics, reporting, and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Gather invoices, statements, reports, personal details, and other documents from employees, departmental heads, and external clients.
  • Scan, review, and extract pertinent information from raw data sources, identifying inconsistencies, missing fields, or duplicate entries.
  • Correct errors, standardize formats, and organize information to optimize swift and accurate capture.

  • Enter and update information into relevant databases, adhering to established naming conventions, field requirements, and security protocols.

Essential Qualifications
