Job Summary As a Data Entry / Typing Professional – Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customer service team by providing exceptional administrative support and data entry services. Key Responsibilities

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, computer science) preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, typing, or a related field (e.g., administrative assistant, customer service representative)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a strong focus on self-motivation and accountability
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
