The Business Development Representative will conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify leads, generate interest in CourtReserve solutions, and support the sales team in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, social selling) to identify and qualify leads for the sales team Generate interest and create opportunities by effectively communicating the value of CourtReserve solutions Research target accounts and decision-makers to craft personalized outreach strategies Develop and execute outreach cadences to engage prospects, educate them on our solutions, and set qualified meetings for Account Executives Gather insight on target accounts and vet them against criteria to distinguish productive vs. unproductive leads Track all prospecting activity, including outreach attempts, conversations, and lead qualifications, in the company’s CRM system (Salesforce) Engage current users to expand awareness, ask for referrals, and identify new opportunities Quickly establish a working knowledge of CourtReserve business, including processes, operations and the competitive landscape Collaborate with the sales team to continuously improve messaging, scripts, and outreach strategies Achieve activity goals set by the VP of Sales and report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly results Contribute to the sales team’s culture of collaboration and success Skills 1+ year of experience in a sales development, business development, or lead generation role Strong drive, grit, and a competitive mindset with a desire to win Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic and ability to build strong relationships Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fearlessness in making daily calls and delivering the CourtReserve value proposition Customer-focused with a positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn the industry and CourtReserve processes Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage high outreach volumes Ability to balance persistence and enthusiasm while remaining top of mind with key decision-makers Comfort with continued iteration - taking in feedback from calls, AEs, etc and refining pitch every day Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Benefits Fully Remote Position 9 Paid Holidays + 16 Days PTO 401(k) Plan after eligibility with 3% annual company contribution Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance plans available Telehealth by Healthiest You $20 for gym membership $60 for massage or chiropractic $50 for date/family night $50 for internet/WiFi $50 for pickleball activities Monthly Snack Box Paid Maternity Leave (12 weeks) and Paternity Leave (4 weeks) 30-Day Paid Sabbatical after 7 years of consecutive employment Company Overview CourtReserve is a reservation platform that is flexible and configurable to manage court bookings, events, staff, and members.
