Digital Marketing Manager (Google Ads & Meta Ads) – Luxury Fashion/E-Commerce
The Role You will own and optimize our paid media strategy across Google and Meta, with a primary focus on increasing profitable revenue, improving ROAS, lowering customer acquisition costs, and scaling customer growth. This is a hands-on role. We are not looking for someone who simply reports on performance—we need someone who can identify opportunities, implement changes, test aggressively, and drive measurable results. Google Ads
- Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns
- Optimize product feeds and Merchant Center
- Improve ROAS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Build testing roadmaps for creative, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Monitor attribution and conversion tracking
Meta Ads
- Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
- Develop audience strategies, retargeting funnels, and prospecting campaigns
- Analyze creative performance and provide recommendations
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability
- Work closely with our content and creative teams
Analytics & Reporting
- Own weekly and monthly performance reporting
- Analyze customer acquisition costs, MER, ROAS, AOV, conversion rates, and LTV
- Identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Make recommendations backed by data
Strategic Growth
- Develop customer acquisition strategies
- Identify opportunities across paid search, paid social, influencer, affiliate, and retention marketing
- Stay current on platform changes and best practices
Requirements
Must Have
- 4+ years managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Proven experience scaling e-commerce brands
- Strong understanding of attribution and conversion tracking
- Experience with Shopify
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to independently identify problems and implement solutions
Preferred
- Fashion, beauty, luxury, or lifestyle brand experience
- Experience with Klaviyo email marketing
- Experience with Google Analytics 4
- Experience with creative testing frameworks
- Understanding of customer lifetime value and retention metrics
